We provide five basic types of training - In-House Seminars, Group Classes, Individual Private Coaching, CLE Workshops, and Media Training & Corporate Communication - but ON TRIAL will customize training to suit your needs.

In-House Seminars. ON TRIAL will design a program to specifically meet the needs of your group. These range from half-day demonstration-lectures on basic personal presentation skills, to day-long advanced presentation training sessions, to short, intensive programs given over a few days.

Group Classes. ON TRIAL offers several classes. "Introduction to Performance Strategies" develops and defines a systematic approach to prepare the speaker and text for an audience. "Advanced Performance Strategies" uses extemporaneous, abstract performing exercises to help participants develop self-confidence, a sense of public self, a drive to perform, and the ability to be themselves in front of any kind of audience. The other classes include: "Staging Yourself", "Voice and Body Conditioning", "Image, Style, and Professional Development", "Interviewing", and "Storytelling".

Individual Private Coaching. ON TRIAL recommends private sessions for those clients who prefer not to participate in a group seminar because of time constraints, sensitivity of speech content, or high visibility practices and cases. Private sessions are more in-depth than group sessions. They enable us to focus specifically on your needs.

ON TRIAL will discuss your concerns with you and design the program that best addresses your requirements.

Continuing Legal Education (CLE) Workshops. ON TRIAL offers CLE lecture demonstrations for state, local and federal meetings, bar associations and firm retreats. Topics include Acting for Lawyers™, Performance Strategies, Storytelling, Witness Preparation, 10 Steps to Dynamic Presentations, Associate Development, and Individual Marketing Skills.

Media Training & Corporate Communication. ON TRIAL offers a full-service approach to preparing our client for any kind of media exposure. Our approach encompasses the development of speaking skills (on and off camera), triumph over stage fright, conquest of the camera, and control of the interview situation.

In conjunction with CANYON PRODUCTIONS, Inc., we are able to use cameras, microphones, video feedback, and a full crew of trainers and technicians to handle media training of a group, or we can scale our training to an individual's needs. We are able to reproduce a variety of interview situations, tape them, and review them with our clients individually or in small groups. To cap off the learning experience, we conclude our sessions with the taping of a final "infomercial" that allows our client to see his progress and review his new-found skill.

With our media partner, Canyon Productions, we can produce vivid, succinct, memorable corporate videos for marketing, press releases, inter-company communications, conferences, or television spots.
