Case 2: Mr. C.V.

The attorney for the defense, Mr. C.V., was having difficulty preparing his client for trial, and he called on OTA, Inc., to assist. We were surprised to discover that the problem lay not with the client but with the attorney.

He didn't believe his client or like him very much. When he spoke about the case, the attorney's words and body language alerted us to his serious doubts about the case.

With some careful coaching, OTA, Inc., succeeded in helping Mr. C.V. see his client and his case in a more positive and productive light. Our work with Mr. C.V. helped the attorney change his whole approach to the case.
