Acting
for Lawyers Training Programs

seminars: personal presentation and oral advocacy skills training classes

Performance Strategies," taught in large or small groups, in-house,
public settings, and CLE workshops. Also, "Staging Yourself",
"Voice and Body Conditioning", "Image, Style, and Professional
Development", "Interviewing", and "Storytelling"
- Individual
private coaching: ON TRIAL will discuss your concerns with you and design
the program that best addresses your requirements. Areas typically covered
include personal presentation and oral advocacy skills, interpersonal
communication skills, interviewing, associate development, and executive
coaching
- CLE workshops
and lecture demonstrations: Topics include Acting for Lawyers,
Performance Strategies, Storytelling, Witness Preparation, 10 Steps
to Dynamic Presentations, Associate Development, and Individual Marketing
Skills
- Media
training and corporate communication: development of speaking skills
(on and off camera), triumph over stage fright, conquest of the camera,
and control of the interview situation, video review of public presentations
or speeches.
ON TRIAL's
Acting for Lawyers courses have been approved by continuing legal
education boards in several states, including Virginia, where yearly accreditation
is mandatory for all board-certified lawyers.

Witness
Preparation & Trial Consulting
- Individual
Session: $240 per hour (one consultant)
- With Two
Consultants: $400 to $480 per hour
- Out-of-Town
Consultation: $2,400 per day (not including travel time)
- Group
Witness Development, Media Training, Focus Groups, Mock Trials, Large-Scale
Studies, etc.: Based
on flat fee
Acting
for Lawyers Training Programs
- Individual
coaching sessions

Session: $240 for first 1.5 hours
- Subsequent
Sessions: $240 per hour

and class rates
- Group
rates: start at $2,500 per day
- Class
fees: start at $450 per person
- In-house
classes, small and large group lectures are usually based on half-day
to one-day fee

and lecture presentations
Additional
Costs
Travel and
out-of-pocket expenses will be billed separately. Videotaping charges
are $75 for equipment, $5 per tape used. Xeroxing and printing of documents
charges may be applied. Weekends and after 5 p.m. starts are billed at
$320 per hour.
